Kiryu's Amon fight is actually the easier of the two by far. Get in close, avoid the mortar shots, and beat him up with your preferred style, just avoid Beast because you need a dodge. Once phase 2 starts, go Beast and destroy him. Make sure to always get the invincibility potions that drop, because Amon will run for them.
